Deliverables
Simple Deliverables. Better Results.
We keep our process straightforward with just two essential drawing packages: the Design Set and the Builder Set. Everything is organized to make your project easier to understand and build. Instead of multiple technical phases—such as Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration—our simplified approach keeps the process clear from start to finish.
Workflow
Everything in One Place.
Our all-in-one project app gives you a single place to manage your entire project—from drawings and files to updates, messages, and approvals. Every conversation and document stays organized, making collaboration simple and transparent. Unlike traditional workflows that rely on long email chains and scattered files, everything is easy to access whenever you need it.
Team
Experts at Every Stage.
Our division-of-labor model spreads work across specialized team members, improving efficiency, focus, and quality. Many small design firms are owner-led, creating bottlenecks as the owner balances design with sales, operations, and administration.
Pricing
No Surprises. Just Clear Pricing.
Our fixed-fee pricing gives you complete cost certainty from the start. You always know what you're paying for, with no hourly billing or unexpected invoices. Unlike firms that charge by the hour—where costs can increase as the project evolves—our transparent pricing keeps your budget predictable from day one.
Timeline
A Schedule That Fits You.
You choose the timeline that works best for your project. Whether you're ready to get started today or planning well in advance, our process is built around your schedule. Instead of asking you to fit into a firm's internal workflow, we adapt to your pace from start to finish.
3D Visuals
See Your Design Before It's Built.
Every project includes 3D visualizations at no additional cost, giving you a clear understanding of the design before construction begins. You'll be able to review spaces, materials, and key design decisions with confidence. While many firms treat 3D renderings as an optional add-on, we believe they should be a standard part of every project.

“I've worked with architects before who would take nearly two months to send something, but Ty always had plans ready for us in only a few weeks. Not only that, but he presented us with various options from which to choose, which my husband and I greatly appreciated.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you use only two drawing packages instead of multiple project phases?+
We've simplified the traditional architectural process into two clear deliverables: the Design Set and the Builder Set . This makes it easier to understand your progress, review your plans, and move confidently from design to construction without navigating unnecessary technical phases.
Is your pricing really fixed?+
Yes. Our proposals are based on a fixed fee, so you know exactly what you're paying before work begins. Unlike hourly billing, our pricing helps you plan your budget with confidence and avoid unexpected invoices.
Can I choose my own project timeline?+
Yes. Every client has different priorities, schedules, and construction goals, so we build our workflow around your timeline whenever possible. Whether you're ready to start immediately or planning months in advance, we'll create a schedule that fits your needs. Our goal is to make the process work for you—not the other way around.Absolutely. We work around your schedule whenever possible. Whether you're ready to begin immediately or planning several months ahead, we'll build a timeline that fits your goals.
Are 3D visualizations included with every project?+
Absolutely. Every project includes professional 3D visualizations at no additional cost. These visuals help you better understand the layout, materials, proportions, and overall design before construction begins. By seeing the project in three dimensions early on, you'll feel more confident making decisions throughout the design process.
What is included in the Design Set?+
The Design Set is the first major milestone of your project and focuses on developing the overall design. It includes the drawings and visualizations needed to refine layouts, explore design ideas, and review the project together before technical construction documents are prepared. This stage ensures everyone is aligned before moving into the Builder Set.
What is the Builder Set used for?+
Once the Design Set has been approved, we prepare the Builder Set. This package contains the detailed construction drawings your builder needs to estimate costs, obtain permits when required, and build the project accurately. It serves as the bridge between design and construction.
How do I get started?+
Getting started is simple. Submit a quote request through our website or schedule a video call to tell us about your project. Once we understand your goals, we'll prepare a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and fixed project fee.
Why choose Fabl Design for my project?+
