Whole-Home Renovation and Exterior Redesign, Rolling Acres, TN

This project transforms an existing home through a comprehensive renovation and interior reconfiguration. The redesigned layout improves circulation and creates more functional connections between living spaces, while a new screen porch extends the living area toward the backyard. An expanded side entrance, updated exterior materials, and varied roof forms give the home a more contemporary character. Inside, a spacious kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, a reconfigured primary suite, and an additional upstairs bedroom make better use of the home's existing space. The result is a brighter, more functional home with a cohesive modern design.

Second-Story Addition and Attic Renovation, Sylvan Park, Tennessee

This project expands the upper level of an existing single-family home to better accommodate the client's growing space needs. By adding a second story above an existing rear volume, we created a larger primary bedroom, closet, and bathroom while repurposing the original attic as a home office and playroom. The addition was carefully designed to match the home's existing roof form and architectural character, creating functional new living spaces that feel fully integrated with the original house.

Residential Remodel & DADU, Haynies Heights, Nashville, Tennessee

This project reworks an existing residence and introduces a DADU to better organize the overall program and respond to the site’s steep terrain. Interior spaces in the main house were adjusted to improve usability and flow, while the new addition was carefully positioned within the slope using retaining walls. The upper level of the DADU is oriented to engage with distant outdoor amenities, including a planned pool area, extending the visual connection across the site.

Residential Remodel in Madison, Tennessee

This project is an interior remodel of an existing residence with no exterior changes. The main focus was to improve functionality by reorganizing the kitchen, living, and dining areas into a more open and connected layout, while upgrading bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets for better use.The basement was transformed from a storage-heavy level into a usable living space, including a den, playroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and storage areas.Overall, the project improves how the existing house works by making the layout more efficient and livable.

Two-Story Addition & Front Porch, Pebble Point Estates, TN

This project expands an existing home with a new two-story addition, larger L-shaped front porch, and new side entry. The addition includes a garage on the lower level and a 340 SF office on the second floor, accessed directly from the existing home's upper level. Matching shed dormers and aligned roof forms bring more natural light, increase usable space, and create a stronger connection between the existing house and the addition. The result is a larger and more functional home that maintains the character of the existing residence.
